We offer free ground shipping for all orders. All shipping costs are covered by us. Estimated transit time: 5–8 business days.

Shipping & Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you an email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment online anytime.
Risk & Address Responsibility
Title and risk of loss or damage to the device pass to you once the package is handed over to the shipping carrier. Please confirm your shipping address carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by you.
Return Terms
We provide a 30-day return window. You may return your hotspot device within 30 days after your package is marked delivered. All return shipping fees are borne by us. You must contact our support team to get an RMA number before sending back the device. Returns without a valid RMA number will not be accepted. Returned items must be kept in good condition with original accessories for inspection. After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund.
